Francis Miranda — Senior Case Manager/Paralegal
International Legal Professional | Business & Real Estate Law
Francis Miranda is an internationally trained legal professional with over a decade of experience in corporate, business, and real estate law across Nicaragua, Spain, and the United States. His global background gives him a distinctive edge in navigating complex cross-border matters, from high-value contract drafting to compliance and litigation management.
Inspired by his father, an admired lawyer known for his humility and wisdom, Francis built his career on the same foundation of integrity, diligence, and calm leadership. Early in his career, he co-created the Structural Trust Contract framework, a legal instrument still used today to facilitate beachfront property transactions in Nicaragua. He also played a pivotal role in supporting the migration and legal integration of numerous Latin American clients relocating to Spain.
Francis holds a Postgraduate in Commercial Law from Esneca Business School in Spain, a Master’s in Business Law, and a Bachelor’s in Legal Sciences from Universidad Centroamericana.
Outside of law, Francis is a creative writer who enjoys exploring new recipes, good humor, and the occasional Reese’s Cup. His guiding phrase, “Smile, tomorrow is worse” reflects his belief in resilience and laughter through life’s challenges. One of his dreams is to one day visit Paris, the city that continues to inspire his imagination and sense of wonder.
