We’re looking for a Family Law Trial Attorney ready to grow with our team. Key Responsibilities: Assist lead trial lawyers in managing a caseload from intake through litigation, trial, and settlement Draft legal documents, conduct legal research, and prepare for court appearances, trials, and depositions Work directly with clients to manage their expectations and deliver legal advice Collaborate with our team to develop effective case strategies Show initiative and work independently with an eye toward growth and future leadership opportunities Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Oregon Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a legal role; courtroom experience is strongly preferred, either as a lawyer trying cases or as a judicial clerk Demonstrated ability to work independently and a desire for career growth Strategic minded with a history of creative thinking and problem solving Evidence of discipline, such as mastery of a hobby, a sport, etc. Turning exposure to hardship into insights about the human condition that are transferable to brutal cross-examination skills and strategic mindset A history of hard work, particularly in manual labor, is a plus Why Join Us: We believe in fighting tirelessly for justice and for those who have been falsely accused.
